Its located in Central Pattaya, which means its closer to the beach, Walking Street, shopping outlets (malls and small shops) and plenty of eateries. Its got good breakfast, massage parlour,swimming pool and easy access to the city. Plus, the staff is also very friendly and cooperative. We reached the hotel by 10am thought we should wait for 4hrs but the lady in reception checked us in 10 mins which is the most attractive part. Very spacious rooms, sit outs and hall. Value for money. Very good Ambiance and love to live in the room rather than roaming around.
all reviews » We booked a family suite and the room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and got quite a lot to choose from. The hotel offered transportation to the bus station on our way back to Bangkok. The room got a nice view from outside. the room was as big and spacious as promised and booked. the general manager was extremely helpful. Made many last minute travel arrangements for us. the breakfast is nice. it is located centrally, the staff are very helpful, it has a desk which does excursion bookings at a very reasonable cost, it is within walking distance of shops. Located Centrally with Family Mart and 9-11 shops closeby and walking distance to Beach and Indian Restaurants. Ideal for Family with their 2-Bedroom Suites. Room is perfect.It is lots of spaces, clean and confortable with facilities service.The staff is great, always ready to help anytime you ask for. I like the rooms and service of staff very much.nearby proximity for various food joints and massage parlour .nice and decent place to stay in. - Hotel manager was always there since Thai people don't speak English well. - hotel is in a quite area. Internet was weak at times in the room but it worked well in the lobby. we stayed for 4 days and food is almost repeated all the four days. they should keep changing the menus. Pool is opened from 9am - 7Pm - it should be kept open early and closed late. The shower was not so good. The water temperature was quite unstable and we did not enjoy a good shower there. no shuttle service to beach. Breakfast should be more selection,we found only white toast and same fruit every morning.It'd be nice to provide more set turn as guest a week staying. they didnt reply to my inquiry about pickup from the airport. - About 10 min away from beach. - not on a main road. - breakfast is almost the same for 6 days I stayed. -swimming pool is not under the sun nor it is an indoor so it gives you a feeling of as if the pool is not clean. Pick up not available-no tea coffee in the suite-should have further good staff at recieption with good communications skills/language. Pool was just okay, needs maintenance. They charge 20 Baht for tea/coffee in the room which is normally supplied free in almost every hotel. Breakfast was just okay. Majority of their clients were Indians but Indian food in breakfast. pools are in terrible condition and are not used by tourists. A little expensive. Location. I didnt find the person charged in the reception so cordial. Breakfast at the Hotel not much choices, Receptionist at Counter quite friendly but unable to understand English. no thing. Had 3 lights out in the apartment and only managed to get one fixed in 6 days. Wi-fi wasn't working on our floor either. Kettle is dirty with dark stained, in room TV not working, e-torch light cannot be on, dinning hall area lamp not bright enough. Need extra care for maintenance. Air condition system and bathtub tap was not functioning properly, complained twice to front desk but there was none to fix the problem. Water in the pool it was cold, and staff not wery friendly in rest ok. Pool is almost closed(no sun toch), breakfast not recommended for vegetarian people. Very noisy and crowded place. not peaceful stay. Staff were very rude. Wifi sometimes slow. Facilities needs proper maintenance. The room was bare and was not very clean. Tv should have more Indian-GEC&NEWS channels. Guidance for guests reg.sightseeing should be provided. More vegetarian items should be included in the Breakfast. Staff. Raised the price 1000 baht for day 2. place is bit secluded dificult to find. Service was really poor. There were some mosquitoes in the room, called the room service, was not entertained in polite manner, and was ignored. Some hair were found in the bathroom. Water heater needs a somewhat long time to heat up. Breakfast,loud hotel, old air con and also loud.. Didn't stand up for the price I payed. Rude badly/non trained staff worst reception staff you could possible imagine cold eggs and horrible coffee at breakfast internet not working all the time. no view general area not great items left in room after check out not found. No Proper Break fast and no proper staff, all to gether Ok, but not good. why did the receiptionist cal me at 11am to know when I check out??? If I stay over time I already call you. I asked for a taxi "u can go to the main street" with a frienly smile on his face. Cleanliness and maintenance. Dirty pool. poor facilities, rude abrupt staff,. rooms are not clean and not comfortable. I was downed grade from family suites to connecting rooms without any refunds. Housekeeping disturbed 2 times in the morning. very few parking space. Pool was dirty (even have 2 medium sizes) no provide toothbrush. Very bad welcome on reception and they don't know how to welcome their guests and they simply love money but no care for their guests. Very very bad hotel. It was the only bad experience of booking this hotel at Booking.com. Next time I will not use letsbookhotel.com.
