  The hotel had excellent facilities were extremely clean and very luxurious! Only negative thing I could say is location. Couldn't walk to beach as got lost until you find your bearings and staying only 3 nights isn't long enough. As for resort itself would never return Thailand has such better places to visit - Most everything; the room, spacious... what people say » and well furnished proved wonderfully comfortable. Good wifi connection (free), quiet, plenty of parking, pretty good breakfast too. I'd stay again.

  The staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms are huge (we stayed in the Queen room), clean, have 2 toilets, and a kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family, which we enjoyed. The pool was pretty average, but does overlook the ocean. My kids liked watching cartoons :) - facilities & staff

  The appartment we got (which was described as a studio ) was very spacious and clean. Very close to all atractions but in a quite street. Only one thing, if you are coming with the airport bus from bkk you need a taxi to reach the place and the drivers have difficulties finding the address. You have to get out of the bus at the South Pattaya Rd , ... what people say » and the appartments are just at the corner of the tukcom which is a shopping for electronics. - 1. you get a perfect single room with all facilities like in an apartment, so need not worry about anything 2. very close to the walking street and the beach road, so no worries of taking a bike taxi to goto places 3. there is a 7-11 close to the apartment, so no worries about supplies or drinks .. 4. vey calm and quiet neighbourhood and no noise from the parties happening around .. so can have a good sleep after the day out trips

  I rooms were really clean and spacious, with sunlight streaming in during the day, we also had our very own pool which was great, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly (unlike the other hotels I stayed at). the location suited us to perfection, with the beach close by and other major attractions a mere ride away. it was a great experience... what people say » overall, and I would recommend Westbury Residence to everyone ! Billy is a total sweetheart and really makes you feel at home! :) - I was pleasant to been there. We with my children and mother were fully satisfied. There are very beatiful flat, swiming pool, nice staff and owners. It was very fascinating view from balcony on the sea and Pattaya Tower. There was trainer scier (fitness simulator). It wqs really thougt until perfection. If I will ever stay in Pattaya I surelly choose this place. Thanks for owners very much . We have relaxed very comfartable and pleasant.

  I liked everything, all new furniture and TV, the bed is awesome and the rooms are super clean, everyday. Staff and management are fantastic and very helpful. only a short walk 30 metres to the transport and very close to the beach and the bars. I will be back here next time i go to Pattaya. Never stayed in a better 3 star more like 5 star.
