Fantastic service, we came with a wheelchair and had two high steps down to our pool site room, (our own fault and as we didn't ask before we came), so we just had to carry the person and wheelchair up and down, but to our big surprise, and without asking, the manager send a worker down and 3 hours after we arrived a concrete ramp was build, and ready to be used the next morning, amassing and unexpected service.
