The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. The rooms were clean and comfortable - added extra touches such as a free bottle of water every day, free safe box in room, and at around 4.30pm the doorbell went and we got a small box with two complimentary chocolat

This is a new hotel with a great location. You are close to Patong, but the area is quiet, relaxing and beautyful. The resort was very stylish and fresh with lots of artistic and elegant details. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and they all spoke english very well. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts and dinner to die for. I would love to go back as soon as possible.

We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. Free shuttle bus to Patong was also very convenient. -

Very friendly staff. Great views as the location is on a mountain top. Staff was amazingly friendly as it was a family run business. The complementary taxi service to and from Phuket centre makes life easier. The breakfast was made fresh. -

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. If you decide to stay in Patong, this place has a great location, with immediate access to the sea, a short walk to all shopping and night-life venues. The service is excellent both by reception and concierge,... Any program you can organise with the help of the concierge locally. The breakfast is OK, too. Well, it's definitely not top-luxury, but clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Definitely gay-friendly, the gay beach is right behind the hotel.

Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. -

Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them. Food great taste, quick service, they have nice pool, not big though, but the jacuzzi in it is great. we did not however try sauna cuz we were too busy going to beach ' please don't go to Patong beach, better pay tuk
