Perfect location, just a stone’s throw away from the beach and main entertainment area. Very effective staff and clean environs. I definitely would stay there again. -
Book Cello for morning use (5 hours) before transfer to another hotel. Cello had spacious room so it was comfortable.

Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising

Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money.
The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

Stayed for very very comfortable 6 nights! Unlike other reviews,
location was not too bad. Yes there's construction ongoing along the
road to Jungceylon but if you dont wanna walk along the road you can
always take the hotel shuttle which operates 4 times daily. Room is cosy

Staff was very helpful. We had some demands of the rooms ( close together, also close to the children pool ) and they helped us gladly. Rooms are very nice and with great view to the sea. Location was good for us, the end of the Patong Beach road, but still very close to the beach and party and restaurants area. Breakfest was with large choice and very good.

The location was perfect, because we where looking for something just outside the busy centre. The staff was very friendly and very helpful it was amazing. We enjoyed our stay there very much! They even brought us to town for free. Renting a scooter there is a must if you want to see more of the surroundings and the way to the hotel is quite diffi

Perfect, peaceful location just 2 min on a scooter from Patong beach. I recommend the superior room with a balcony towards the forest and small terrace towards the pool.
