It was our 2nd visit to Phuket and The Bliss was the 3rd hotel we stayed at. I must compliment the way Apple, James and Teetie received and took care of us, they made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Their service was absolutely superb!!! I was greeted with warm smiles by all the staffs which felt really good as a start. They are always welcoming and helpful with all my request. The room was done so beautifully when i requested for special arrangement. Room was spacious and clean. Massage at the hotel's spa was really wonderful too. Totally recommended. The room that we booked was very fantastic. The view is good, facing the sea. The staffs were very friendly. The breakfast was not bad if you are not that picky. Room service team did a good job whenever we return the room was neat clean and tidy. The swimming pool was beautiful and lovely. Drink are 1 for 1 during happy hour and try their buffet during dinner. It good and dun cost you that much. We are near the end of patong so the beach is more clean and less rowdy.

i bue 10 te-spoone and have them in my sootcase, but someone took it from my sootcase, same with coffy i by in store they took. not god and i just see this hven i come home. tv was not good all week, ask 3 times if they can fix it but they didnt do it.

First and foremost, I love the staffs there. They are very friendly and very helpful. If you have any queries on anything, you can just as them and they will assist you as much as they could.
The second one, I love the location of the hotel. It's so strategic, making everywhere that I had plan to go just a walking distance away.
Thirdly, the hotel itself is just superb. I love the room as it is so comfy and clean.
