Had read quite a few negative reviews about Patong Pearl Resortel, but I don’t believe in everything I hear,- or read… Have been a regular tourist in Patong since 1997, and at least I knew that the hotel had a very central location. The beach was at the other end of the block, and it was less than five minutes walk to busy BangLa Road.

The Jang is now like coming back to family. We recently had a family holiday there and the staff were fantastic from looking after us all which was no mean task as we had four family groups two families with young babies. Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them.
