The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

I loved evrything about the hotel! The breakfasts were great, the pool and staff were great. The rooms were nice and had good air conditioning. The location was great aswell as it was away from the hustle and bustle but they offered a free shuttle into town and home which was very helpful. Would highly reccomend this hotel for anyone from couples

Andrew was helpful right from airport pick-up till he arranged to pick us up from the pier at the end of a Phi Phi Island trip (also arranged through him at huge discount) and reach us to the airport on time to catch our Bangkok flight.
