  Hotel was perfectly located, close to all the places you want to see in Patong, Jungceylon and Bangla road was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The beach took about 10 minutes to walk to and it was a nice walk with lots to see. The Pool area ontop was also great, and drinks were well priced. The location was great provided you want to be on Patong Beach with all the people and activity that brings, that said it's positioned toward the end of the beach road so not as frantic as further down. We stayed in a Spa Suite which was suitably massive with a sort of retro modern feel while my partner's mum - On the edge of Patong, so close to the shopping area but at the same time away from the annoying crowds. The shower booth is all glass so you can just open the curtains and see the room while you shower Easy access to everything arond it (shopping streets, Jungceylon Mall, Fantasea, Simon Cabaret, Flying Hanuman, ...)

We spent every evening playing games and having free cappucino from the coffee machine.   The hotel is fairly centrally located and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Jungcelyon mall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff (especially Linda Vilaisin) very helpful to any requests from customers.   We absolutely love this hotel, the staff always friendly en helpfull, the food is very good espesially the Thai Red Curry and everything is always so clean and neat. The rooms are really nice almost all the rooms has a seaview. It is the 9th time me and my husband stayed there and we will definitely go back again. The hotel is out of the buzz but ... what people say » close enough to walk. - Staff was very helpful. We had some demands of the rooms ( close together, also close to the children pool ) and they helped us gladly. Rooms are very nice and with great view to the sea. Location was good for us, the end of the Patong Beach road, but still very close to the beach and party and restaurants area. Breakfest was with large choice and very good.

  The hotel provided an upgrade to Super Deluxe room ( I got the same last month in kl, my when I booked it through letsbookhotel.com, they are just awesome!). We had spectacular Sea View from the rooms.   as a woman travelling alone and first-time visit to Asia I enjoyed the hospitality and welcoming attitude of staff, its central location is within walking distance to places of interest, very clean and very safe.   The location of the hotel is simply fantastic, a mere 3 minutes walk and it's Bangla Road and 5 minutes to the beach. Beach towels are provided in the room and changed daily which is great. We booked for family room which states a bathtub in the room, we arrived surprised that it was almost as big as a Jacuzzi and clean. Our room had a massive tv which was also a computer with webcam so we were able to Skype the family. Room was super clean and even when we didn't request our room to be cleaned they would leave fresh towels and water outside our room. Staff always friendly and helpful.
