  Good hotel with a great new equipment at the gym. Very nice staff, everyone smiling and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with care. Nice pool and excellent breakfast area with a lot of variety to eat. Highly appreciated that they allowed us to check out in the afternoon for no extra cost. Would recommend. - We thought this hotel was excellent value for the amount we paid and the staff were excellent when we required any assistance. We are plus sixties and found the hotel was used for a lot of young tours but we did not find this a problem as all the young people were well behaved and interesting which was very refreshing . Would recommend. Also we found the food and drinks were reasonably priced.

  The pool was awesome, the swim up bar was absolutely fabulous and breakfast was delicious. It catered for everybody's needs. Every room was great. We stayed in just a standard room, but we had a great view of the pool. The place felt like home.   The staff were amazing, I was pregnant at the time and they made me very comfortable. They placed us in the quietest part of the resort and on the ground floor so I didn't have stairs. We were greeted warmly everyday, staff really took an interest, even greeting my baby bump!   Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them.   I was greeted with warm smiles by all the staffs which felt really good as a start. They are always welcoming and helpful with all my request. The room was done so beautifully when i requested for special arrangement. Room was spacious and clean. Massage at the hotel's spa was really wonderful too. Totally recommended. Amazing layout of the hotel although a lot of people might find it a t - The room that we booked was very fantastic. The view is good, facing the sea. The staffs were very friendly. The breakfast was not bad if you are not that picky. Room service team did a good job whenever we return the room was neat clean and tidy. The swimming pool was beautiful and lovely. Drink are 1 for 1 during happy hour and try their buffet during dinner. It good and dun cost you that much. We are near the end of patong so the beach is more clean and less rowdy.
