  Well i stayed for nine days and i can honestly say i really enjoyed my time there, close to all amenities but not loud or to busy, twin hotels my hotel and my hotel too, mine being hotel too, the staff at mine were great, Aee the receptionist is fantastic nothing is a problem and will always go out of her way to help, rooms cleaned every morning by... what people say » the staff which once again i can not fault, i will stay again and look forward to it and the cost was very fair, if you are prone to complaint and ex - Location is perfect, tour agency nearby, can purchase island hoping tour easily. Everything is new (stayed in the new block). Clean. Wifi is VERY fast and reliable, every floor has a router. Motorbike rental 250 baht a day (new bike). Next to a pharmacy. For info: Minivan to and from airport is 180 baht per person, every hour, pick up from hotel. Airport is about an hour away.

  My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The hotel is located 2 mins from Bangla road so youre close but dont have all the noise at night. And 5 minutes walk to patong beach. The staff was always friendly and the rooms were properly cleaned every morning. They also provide beach towels which was great! We arrived by scooter and... what people say » there was free parking which was perfect for us. I recommend this hotel! - Staff were lovely and lady on reception spoke excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble, arranging transport to phi phi and airport. Great location , nightlife on your doorstep, hotel set back from main drag so a peaceful nights sleep was had, rooms cleaned everyday. Nothing to fault. Would definately stay again and recommend it to anyone.

  I have stayed at this hotel earlier for a company seminar and returned to stay there again with my wife as this hotel is very well located very close to the Patong Beach and right next to Jungceylon Shopping Center.   The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside.   The staff was really really nice from the moment we stepped into the hotel till we checked out. And the best thing about the hotel is the location, its located perfectly at the centre of Patong and its hidden inside a small alley which is only a 10m walk in.
