Nice hotel in a good location, with good facilities, especially the rooftop swimming pool! I went for a deluxe room which was spacious and had a balcony. Good place to relax overall, and close (5 min walk) to Bangla Road, yet far enough not to have your sleep disturbed by the noise.

The room was very clean. The location is around 10 minutes of walking to bangla road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak english very well. There are a lot of halal restaurants near the hotel. 5 minutes of walking to Patong Beach. Easy to get public transport and easy to rent motorbike. I will definitely come back to this hotel

3 minute walk to beach, many restaurants nearby. We paid to taxi from Airport to this hotel 800 bhats and from this hotel to rassada pier (to go to phi phi island) 400 bhats. Good location and at 500 bhats per day this hotel is recommended. This hotel is just opposite holiday inn resort. Must try banana pan cake near this hotel.

Friendly helpful staff. Always gave a nice smile :-). You can rent a scooter from the reception and eat a nice meal at the restaurant at the bottom floor of the hotel. Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design .
