The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ok, it is just outside of Patong, so you are not in the mid - The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

A lovely lady could not wait to take us to our room and show us the honeymoon cake, decorations and special things they had arranged for us. We were given amazing day trip deals, our food was delicious (especially our Thai dishes) and the location of the breakfast bar (on the beach) was perfect!   I loved the location as I felt that the hotel was surrounded by mountains. I loved the room as it came with an outdoor Jacuzzi and a spacious balcony. We took the normal/basic room and it was really spacious as it came with a kitchen, two compartments, the living and bedroom with television for each which means two televisions! Both the restaurant and swimming - Travelled with 3 friends, all 21 years old. Great place to stay, definitely not a party hotel/resort which is a positive in my opinion... Beautiful villas, we stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa which is the most expensive but worth every penny. Its not in the heart of patong, taking about 5 minuts by taxi/tuktuk/motorbike but patong district is disgusting so its good being set away abit! Hotel staff are lovely.
