Superb breakfast every morning. Nice surroundings and quiet place even though in the middle of city. easy access to everywhere and beautiful and friendly staffs.I will definately promote this resort to my family and friends. Keep up with the good job :-)...

Everything! Small quiet resort, friendly helpful staff, great pool & spa, superb food. This resort is great value for money. The resort is much nicer in real life than what you see in picture gallery.

The only thing that I didn't like was having to come back home.

The location was near everything but an oasis of calm and beauty in noise and bussle of Patong. We always returned to Salathai to regroup and re-energise before heading out again.

location is perfect, just 2-4 mins walking distance from Patong beach and 10 mins from the bar street and Jungcelong. Swimming pool is nice where I spent lots of time there. Room is spacious.

Some of the staff in the breakfast were not that friendly with no smile. But staff in reception were all excellent and helpful!

Perfect location, close to beach and shopping centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant setting around the swimming pool. Free Internet.

Poor drainage for shower water in the bathroom in Superior Rooms. Poor reception for movie channel on TV.

Great service. Easy arrangement from resort itself to favorite tourist spot. Walking distance to most area .i.e. beach, shopping mall, etc. Free drinks on a daily basis!

The staff were amazing & so friendly. The pool area was always clean & relaxing. The room was more than adequate, everything we needed. The restaurant was clean & food delicious. Do not understand why this is only a 2 star resort. Will definitely stay again on next holiday.

Rooms were nice, clean & quiet. Pool, spa & surrounding area very clean & well maintained. Restaurant - food was lovely. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Walking distance to Bangla Road, Junceylon Shopping Mall and Patong beach. Street full of massage places, shops, mini supermarkets, bars & restaurants.

The garden/pool area; my rental car was valat parked for me at no cost of trouble at the sister hotel; the free street parking changes sides each day and fines are high. Great to have breaky and watch the street or pool

Little dated bathroom with red quarry tiles but acceptable.

The Salathai Resort was beautiful - the Staff were so friendly & accomodating, in fact they really couldnt do enough for you! All the staff were very efficient & the hotel is kept very clean. The resort is lovely & quiet, even though it is very close to Bangla Road - We called it our little piece of heaven - it had such a lovely atmosphere to the place. A bonus is that the drinks (coke, sprite, orange etc) in the mini bar/fridge were FREE!!! We couldnt believe it... The prices in the bar & restaurant were reasonable & the food was lovely. This really is a very lovely hotel at such a low budget!

The hotel was great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the facilities were good. The location was great. I enjoyed my stay and would have no issue in recommending to friends/others

No real issues. Could hear noise at night but probably due to location so close to the action in Patong.

My partner and I booked a Superior Double or Twin Room but were upgraded to a suite as the rooms were booked out =D. It was easy to organise airport transfers, the staff were lovely and helpful, buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was decent, the resort pool was fantastic where you could order delicious fruity drinks for 70baht, free mini-bar is always a treat and the maids were great. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, it was cheap, decent portioned and delicious. Within walking distance of bangla road, junceylon shopping mall and patong beach. Plenty of massage places and 7/11 or family marts.

- It took ages for the air con to cool the room - bed was extremely hard - found some hairs on the bed when we arrived - loose and leaky taps and shower head - shower over the bath didn't have a curtain, so water went all over the floor and was a hazard. - weak wi-fi connection or slow wi-fi speed - no elevator - really expensive spa and massage services (e.g. traditional thai massage costed 1200baht at the resort when you could get it for 200baht down the street).

A nice and calm place, very central. Staff kind and free minibar in the room. Free WiFi service not bad.

The pool and the garden are not big as u can guess from the photos and the breakfast is boring.

Excellent location & friendly staff

pool was not usable, out of order and more like a fish pond the water was so dirty. All guests were allowed to use the pool at the sister hotel, Nap Hotel, a block away. Spoilt our stay.
