Very nice staff.Staff were amazing with kids. Very clean rooms. Window between bedroom-bathroom was good as you could watch kids bathing.Comfy Beds. Good pool chairs/loungers. I asked for fried rice&boiled eggs for breakfast and they did it for me.Hotel only 5 min walk to mall. Hotel was close to Patong Beach, Bangla street and the shopping mall. Nice swimmingpool on the roof top and simple but good breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

It was clean, nice stuff. Location is not bad. Building site outside the hotel.Very noisy from the road. Hotel on a very busy road with no pavements.Broken tiles in swimming pool where kids cut hands/feet.Breakfast catered for Chineese and very limited choice.Pool area not cleaned in 2 weeks we were there. Outdated gym.Pool bar never open. Hotel is along a busy road with a lot of building activity (will improve in coming months, I guess). It's not always easy to get transport to nearby places without arranging it first. Can't lend hairdryers. Wifi signal at the stairway is poor. Hairdryers never happen Breakfast is not as good as a year ago. Surrounded by constriction sites so area is very dusty and sometime noisy but hotel by it self quite good. Fitness center (only running mashing is working, rest of machines are broken) and Massage does not exist in this hotel. No tea/coffee in the room and the room safe did not work. I requested that both items were looked at on 2 occasions but they were never rectified during my stay. sauna was a hit and miss and steam room on once on my 18 days stay.the front of the hotel was to congested steep incline and wet in the evenings in this area from the fish troughs on a noisy road. the front of the hotel needs reburnished. The entrance of the hotel is open to a dirty road outside, if you sit in the lobby such a dirty smell is coming. we never had any breakfast because of the timings. Staff is the most unprofessional i have ever seen in a hotel. Very far from the main street and the beach! Poor breakfast. There is a building installtion in front of the hotel and it is not possible to sleep in the morning. I am sure that you can find a better hotel with the same money.
