The hotel provided an upgrade to Super Deluxe room ( I got the same last month in kl, my when I booked it through letsbookhotel.com, they are just awesome!). We had spectacular Sea View from the rooms. The Bathroom was fantastic and it was exactly the way I expected in a 4-5 star hotel. The staff were helpful and polite..Breakfast was good with a variety of spread..Swimming pool was quiet and comfortable..and the beach was just 5 minutes walk..Close to many restaurants and food outlet..in short great location..we enjoyed our holiday in Andaman Beach Suites Hotel..
all reviews » We enjoyed the buffet breakfast because there were many types of food to choose.The hotel were so quite and suitable for couples to relax after a long tired day of shopping and sight seeing.My hubby enjoyed the view of the Andaman sea. The staff were very friendly and extremly helpful. The meals are very good. We stayed in a sea view room and you could watch the sunsets. In walking distance of the main shopping area (Jungceylon) in Patong. Location very nice aslo breakfast and room service was great. Excellent price for lunch inside the hotel it was way cheaper than outside.. Great view from sea view rooms . I absolutely enjoyed it. Good size room. Massive bed.Clean and extremely comfortable.Good restaurant. Excellent service and attention from bar/restaurant supervisor -Alec. Good pools and nicely equipped gym. good location- in walking distance to shops and beach, large comfy room, reasonable view, good pool and gym, reasonable breakfast, friendly staff. Nice and new (we stayed in the small building that is newer) - ABSC wing. Nice breakfast. Nice pool. They allowed us to do late checkout. Clean hotel, nice view, location is fine. The place was good. but would love to have some more variety in food. like the view specially the sea view and location near food place. close to the beach, clean, close to alot of turist offices. Location, sea view. Room size is pretty decent and view from room is good albeit your room should be located on high floor. People were great great location. Room size. Quiet. Away from the happening area. Its not the place for party rockers. Pool is on top and it is good. Request for late checkout even for 1 room could not be accommodated. We had 2 rooms. Nothing. There were no wall clock in the room so we were a bit confuse with the time. The pool wasnt heated and gets cold. extra charge for guest. Had a problem with the shower, jumping from very hot to very cold water, also had a very weak stream. After 3 failed attempts of an engineer to fix it they changed our room and even upgraded it. :). Hotel is looking a bit dated in some rooms but are still very comfortable and clean. Cleaning of the mirror and table in the bathroom was never done, so I had to do it myself. Break fast not satisfied due to less variety of items & same items on every day. The hotel is old. Something where there are traces of old age. Old elevators, but they work. you can`t adjust hot water during bath. Like many hotels of its age it is a bit dated but still comfortable. Breakfast was just OK; not as good as other hotels at similar price. Cleaner left us without toilet roll one day and despit two requests, we were not brought any. Not so much choice for breakfast and no free Wi-Fi. The Bell boy not entertain to guest consistently only some times.. We were not told that that what was shown in the picture is the hotel we will be staying, we were given in a adjacent building. We should have been notified about it. The rooms were not cleaned properly by the staff and last day some dirty towels were thrown in our rooms. wifi chargesable and cant using for multi person/devices,and the water sometime yellowies. no wire less on the room,. Old hotel, breakfast, staff are not presentable. DVD not provided. Bathroom fittings need to be fixed properly with constant flow of hot water. Plunge pool facing the noise of road adjoining. Our first room on 7th floor was not good very smelly but on request they changed it to 11th floor which was good and had great sea view. Breakfast was just average. The water in bathroom was yellow in color, on complaining to front desk they said that it is same everywhere, but when we checkedin in another hotel it was not the case. They really need to have a water treatment plant installed. their were more than 4-5 occasions when we had no hot water. due to faulty equipment. air con unit was very noisy. Put on floor with building work. Pool area too noisy due to building work. Moved rooms but new room small and dated. water always yellow and did not appear clean. Shower was either hot or cold, so could not have a comfortable shower. Booking dot com did not pre-warn me of building work! drains smelled everytime the shower was used or toilet flushed. Surrounding is dead.Room is very average.
