The cups in the room were chipped. The room was a fair distance from the facilities like the spa, fitness center, and restaurants. The room was very small. The toilet was in the same area as the bathtub without any divider. I feel that the price paid for the room was too much for what was received. the constant noise of the engines near the breakfast restaurant (only near the escalator) and near the room! The breakfast should have more home-made bakery, home-made birchermuesli, non-salted butter and fresh orange juice!. The register staff at the Spa was dishonored. I gave her a bht800 discount coupon from Marriott Vacation Club for 3 hrs message and it end up to be only some bht600. No disco can not swim in beach Food very expensive But other then that very good. Very few single parents with kids Difficult to get out of resort without needing to take a long taxi ride Concierge service was poor, they were disinterested and not able to provide helpful info...just gave me the tourist brochures. Too big hotel, feel like lost there I had a deluxe room but it was dark. The service level of staff has dropped since our last visit 3 years ago. Very bad staff not speaking english and no more gm or chef .terrible going down.
