I love the staff at this place. They're so nice, from the doormen to the desk staff and the cleaning staff. My partner and I always felt very welcome here, which is nice because some places make us feel unwelcome because we're a same-sex couple. Also, the internet connection here is quite good - much better than at the Tawana Hotel across the street, where we used to stay.

The location was excellent, the staff were very polite and courteous. I arrived very early in the morning, yet they allowed me to check in and go to my room long before the official check in time. Bearing in mind the location it was very quiet, with very little outside noise. - Perfect location just next to the night market. Lovely little pool area

The best staff ever - extremely kind, polite and service-minded - really high-class. Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. I stayed in Glitz for the 4th time, I always like it. It's centrally located in Silom, conveniently close to the night market and night life. The staff is very friendly, especially the owner (a young girl) and the breakfast ladies who always seem to recognise me. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. There is fast Wi-Fi.

Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.
