The service was fantastic, however the chalets were not top class. The dream of being on a beach front was shattered by a small chalet with nowhere to hang your clothes. the AC could only be switched on if you were in the room, which renederd our clothes being constamntly damp with humidity. The Reception staff were fantastic a,d uprated our room to a room with jacuzzi bath, and it was beautiful. Very happy, and a lovely hotel.

Like the in-pool bars and deluxe villa accommodation. Pleasant staff who are helpful and smile without being over-friendly. The view from my villa - a small infinity pool and the sea!. Villa de luxe sur jardin à 4900 bahts/night . First we intended to stay just one night , in fact we stayed 6 nights . Very good situation , nice beach (probably the best ones ), nice people , very good breakfast ,nice pools (especially the pool situated on the 4 floor of the new aisle ) . We recommend this hotel. the hotel is located in good place. the pool was very good. room is just 50m from the beach. breakfast is very good. I was there in the rainy season so it was not crowded. we had a family room (2 connected room in the vilas near the beach area), and was very comfortable for us. We loved this place, its excellent location, the nice villas, pool area, beach, restaurant and bar. Breakfast was fantastic and served always with a big smile. Wifi worked very well, villa was roomy and kept spotless everyday. An excellent hotel to stay. Loved the beach and the pool. Our first room was overlooking the pool and was great but we had booked another room for the following night that was on the hill across the street, also good but we would book the pool view next time again. Rooms nice and large well furnished. The room was a hillside with pool view. Great selection of pools to use, clean and big. Restaurants serve a good selection and the gusto restaurant has excellent staff service and food. when you come with family, staff is flexible and accepts request for 2 additional beds in a room.(with extra charge), when you have small children, it is much more comfortable to have them with you in the same room. The hotel has absolutely great location, I would even say the best on KohChang. Great pool and beach, the service is excellent. Room is quite big, good conditioning, comfort bed, not insects. Dont be fooled by the chalets. Although they look great, they are old and very small, and you cant leave the AC on during the day which makes all your clotes and toiletries damp. We upgraded and the hotel was great about it and made our holiday. I would have been disappointed if we were in the chalet all holiday. Flip-flops too hard. Thai food at breakfast not great. Spa facilities expensive. Live duo at dinner terrible!. The restaurant menu isn't so nice but it's not pity cause you've got plenty of restaurants on the beach . they charged for extra bed for our 5 year old - greedy... the room is good but not well maintained, furniture is worn etc. there was an odd smell in the room, maybe anti-insect spray? no insect nets in the windows. Only minor complaints may be that some gym equipment didn't work and that not much information was provided by reception staff to assist us to arrange our departure but otherwise a great place. The staff were good but we tried to keep our same room for two nights at the poolside but the difference in cost for the additional supplement to make up the difference between the two rooms was more than we paid for the entire room. That was a bit disappointing as the place did not appear to be full. Hillside pool was closed for renovation. Gym equipment poor and mostly broken. I would like to have more facilities in the room to have possibilities to have breakfast on the balconi. Slow wi fi. Having to leave. Nothing special ! ! !. Very hard bedbottom, would liked to have a thin sheet on top of the heavy blanket.. So you could choose one of them.. nothing to complain. What can I say? None!. All is great. Nothing. Bungalow needs some reconstruction. Breakfast was sometimes poor, it should be better for this price. Sport center is not well equipped, but not many guests are there. None. The resort is a bit too big. in the cheapest villas: facilities are old and not so good working. The room is a little small and old. toilet not good. Expensive. Tables for breakfast could not serve for all guests. Room service offer only italian food and most of staff ddo not understand English. Wifi was poor. Gym (the equipment didn't work properly). No any remarks. Superior Villa Beach Front is very small and run down and far off what we expected, especially with regards to the room size and comfort. So we decided to change to Villa with Garden View. Superior Villa Beach Front doesn't match value for money. The facility in the room is very old. The room is very small. Not worth the room rate. Some rooms were put in the other street which was very annoying to go to the beach or nice swimming pool. Room was a bit dirty, especially the balcony and jacuzzi which we didn't use. The whole hotel is in need of a good lick of paint everywhere. Staff were nowhere near as friendly or forthcoming as the ones at the chatrium or lebua in Bangkok,the staff can make or break a hotel and these guys were not up to the high standard set by the two Bkk hotels. The pool is good, but isn't clean. There are much rubbish on the beach. dident have a lot of aportunety to go shopping ore mcdonnalds. Fitness club huge disappointment-50% in disrepair. Breakfast low quality, almost the same every day, although good coffee. Shower water mostly cold. Internet pathetic at best. Not good for business people or fitness. Nice place but they managed to make us hate it anyway. Rooms quality Staff. Sea view superior villa was extremely small. There was a space for bed only inside the room. Dvd player is not available on request even if on the web site they say it is.
