I stayed in the new rooms, which a nice and modern with terrasse. Situated on sunset "beach" not really a beach. Close to the pier for Samui. Sunrise beach (full moon) and city center at 5-10 min. Ok for 1-2 nights. no breakfast. Very quiet out of party dates. Might be a good place during parties dates.
Good location, easy walk to pier, 2 beaches and town centre, but just far enough away to be able to sleep.
Infinity pool is right next to private beach with an awesome view over Koh Samui and sunset.
Good wifi, clean and comfy room with a/c, en suite and safety deposit.

We asked for a room with a double bed, they gave us a room with two beds
excellent. Everything was really clean I loved it. Really close to the
pier and easy to find.

we had to pay for 5 nights and we stayed only 3 and they could clean the bathroom daily instead of every two days.

Higher price in comparison to other resorts around with big swimming pool and on nice beach. In low season( beginning July) NO need to book in advance. Swimming pool still in construction for 2 months, I think. It will be too small anyway.
Private beach was littered, so couldn't really use it.
Wifi signal not the best, but useable mostly.
The staff was really unfriendly, I needed to go ask for a toilet paper
because there wasn't in our room. The women would even wake up to
give it to me she called her husband who was far away to bring me the
toilet paper.
