I had the opportunity to stay at C Villas a few days in July 2013, around the FMP.
We booked a villa with pool view and the facilities were very nice and clean (the hotel has been operating only for six month so all equipements are brand new and very convenient).
The pool is very nice, with an amazing view on sunset beach (which is much wilder and more relax than sunrise beach, the FMP one...).

The manager there, Toa, is awesome – there is no task too big or too
small for this guy, he wants to do everything all the time! The pool was
simply fantastic, as was the room / bungalow we stayed in. The food
and service was great and we would for sure stay there again. The hotel
is located close enough to Haad Rin to enjoy it, but not too close where
you are caught up in the not so nice aspects of the area – it’s a few
minutes away by bike. We stayed in the room with the pool view and
highly .
My husband and I were really impressed by this little resort. We had a garden room with the jacuzzi and loved the layout and privacy! The bed was also massive and very comfortable! Also,the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help you.
The manager especially, on the day we were leaving she got up at 5.30am with us to check out and even waited for the taxi on the road for us while we waited comfortably down in the resort!
I wish we could have stayed longer and definitely will .
This resort was absolutely unbelievable!! The staff does anything and
everything to make your stay beyond pleasant.. The rooms are very
comfortable.. I especially recommend the villa with personal jacuzzi..
It is great for relaxing and entertaining... The atmosphere at c Villa
is extremely chill, the food is all freshly prepared and delicious. It
is a great place to kick back, relax, enjoy, and make new friends.. All
within stunning surroundings... I highly recommend staying here!!.
We stayed in the beachfront villa with private plunge pool and it was amazing. Full panoramic views of the ocean and a cool indoor seating area that has windows on all sides, we sat and watched the sunset and had breakfast there each morning. Walk to haad rin is 5 mins down the beach or 100bht in a taxi if you're feeling lazy. The staff are what really make it, happy and friendly, can't do enough for you. Loved every minute of it. Hopefully come back on our way back through!.
Lovely pleasant stay in C Villas. Ideal location for full moon party and other parties. Very chilled put place, big hut where you can eat or just hang with friends. Fab pool and its looks straight onto the beach, literally few feet away. Staff couldnt do enough for us, very pleasant people. Loved our stay there and would highly recommend C Villas to people anf especially for people coming for the full moon parties.

The staffs were very nice and friendly. The location is close to the
attraction area.the design of the villa is unique and nice.the pool
and the environment is nice.no security guard or I can say that its
free for you to do anything.very quite and peaceful. The staff is
very resourceful.anything u need, is there.convenient shop 24hrs
about 400m away.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and the food that they served was amazing and at a great price too. The big communal area has a beautiful view over the pool and sea which looks especially fab at night. Good location for the full moon party because it it close enough to walk ( 10 mins) but far enough away to keep out of all the chaos and noise.
Our pool-side bungalow was great it had everything we wanted and it was really clean. Very modern features with a great view of the pool and beach. The food at the hotel was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is great for people who like modern surroundings and a chilled out atmosphere.
The staff at C Villas is very friendly. C Villas has its own private beach and a beautiful pool. The food is delicious. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. It is very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The hole vibe of the place is great. Staff are amazing, they go right out of there way to look after you. Great safe place to stay during the moon partys. chilled out vibe away from the main party area but still close enough to walk there within 5mins.

That's an amazing hotel with a great staff ! The manager staff want
to take care 24/24h inside the complex and outside to book anything

resort is located 10-15 minutes walk from the fool moon beachline.

The room design can be weird at first but once you get used to it's OK. The hotel is not on the party beach but 10min away on foot.
The floor is just raw cement. No tiles or carpet. It is better if the
floor is clean daily since it is a bit sticky.and I think they don't
have house keeping. When I try to call, nobody answer.
Our original hotel room before we upgraded was not as good as the pool-side bungalow. The tap sprayed every time you put it on and there was a bad smell coming from what we assumed was the drain. Having said this, the room was still clean and well equipped!.

Cause this is a new hotel they havent gotten it all in place, here is some: Sign by the road, some colors in room, closet in room, more lights during night time, cleaning of pool a bit more often.

Although everything in the room was very neat and clean, I didn't like the style of the rooms (basic floor and walls), but i think that is a personal flavour.
The place is still partly in construction, well the bar area anyway but when that's all finished it'll look great. The decor of our room was a bit strange, bit like a cave! But it was clean and we had a great night sleep in a comfy bed.
You need to diposit your passport or 2000bht incase you will make any damage to the room, wifi in lobby only, more then 5 min. walk from the sunrise beach.
They should take more care of the front beach.
Rooms were exactly as they look on the website, so very sparse and concrete. But bed very comfortable.
The resort doesn't offer included breakfest, you can only order from
the menu in their "restaurant" while the prices are very high,
more than twice the price in a thai restaurant in the center. The
overall feeling is that it's more of a family ran business and not a
serious resort.
Room was still not finished from construction, had a cracked mirror
and paint specs all over, dirty shelves. They charge a credit card fee
and want a cash deposit against breakages. You can't use the
beach, too shallow.
Noisy tv during dinner with american blockbusters / no clean in the
room / no toilet paper / staff shuts down every lights in the
outdoor lobby when you're there even if they stay in the office to
work just beside..... Weird...
The breakfast is not included for such a price. The room was stinking humidity, the water was a bit dirty, the beach was full of garbage and not cleaned. I do not recommend it at All. However there is a potential to make it a nice place, but it is not being taken care of. Go to the coast resort next door, for the same price you Will have a very good place with the breakfast included.
Dump cant belive its a 3 star, unsafe ,dirty, terrible staff, no housekeeping room was rotten, way over priced have stayed in better hostels.
It was a mess.
