Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged THB 450 per night per person when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged THB 2000 per night per person for extra beds. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged THB 1000 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	7.00 % VAT is included. 10.00 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs THB 30 per 30 minutes.
Meal Plan	Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking	Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
