The staff were all very helpful and friendly, they anticipated our needs and were able to offer good advice on the surrounding area. The decor is stunning,it feels like a peaceful country retreat, and the location is great. Right near the night market

when checked in, they charged me more than when i booked through letsbookhotel.com, i don't know why, thought the price showed on confirmation sent from letsbookhotel.com is guaranteed, this is disappointing!! --- can someone get back me on this???

It was like an oasis in the middle of the city. Very lovely and quiet

It's located really near to the night bazaar, which is the place to eat and shop in the evenings which is really handy, but it's far enough away to be really peaceful. It's a little oasis of green and traditional style buildings, with a lovely pool. The staff are really friendly and helpful and will make phone calls for you to sort out anything you need help with.

The high quality of the service. In this hotel you really feel yourself as home. This hotel is very cosy! People working there have high sense of service, warmness and elegancy. I will back there!!

Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds and exquisite decoration. The breakfast buffet was also varied and delicious. Good options for vegetarians too. We were upgraded for free pon arrival and got a fantastic room, which we really appreciated.

The spa is very expensive

The fact that you are in the middle of Chiang Mai but feel remote once in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable. I loved the proximity to the night market and the short drive to the town center.

The atmosphere at the place was lovely. Very Thai in feel and look. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were great. It was very central to everything also including the night markets. It is not luxurious but atmospheric and very enjoyable. I would stay there again.

The pictures on the website were misleading and consequently I was initially quite disappointed but I did recover and enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are in Thai-Lanna style buildings almost like small temples. They fit in to the grounds filled with exotic flowers in a very natural setting. The pool is small but gorgeous. Staff is friendly and very helpful- they will spoil you. The inside of our 'Junior" suite was beautiful and very Thai. It had two balconies and a huge bathroom.

Massive mosquitos in our room, more than outside! No hot water most of the time or I would have given them top marks. Ac was not up to snuff. But the room and grounds were so nice I would go back in a heartbeat!

Even though Yaang Come Village was close to the city centre and night bazaar you truly felt you were removed from all the hustle and bustle as it was set back from the main road and surrounded by trees. It was beautifully set out and the staff were very helpful.The rooms were very clean and there were lots of lovely little touches such as the flowers and the turn down service at night.The pool was great too!!

The staff were not attentive when we were sitting around the pool. We had to go into the restaurant to order drinks and food.

I just looved this place! Fantastic retreat in the middle of the city! Just around the corner from the night market. You can walk to the old center i 15- 20 min. The swimming pool is really relaxing. The breakfast area is just lovely with a good coice of food and great relaxing atmosphere. Waiters are particularly nice and smiley. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated... I even bought the lamp of my room. I read reviews about the mosquitos and I was worried since I am very sweet blooded... but I actually had no pronlem at all in my room. You just need to remember to close the door as soon as you enter your room and that is it. Internet is free and works perfectly. I will definitely come back again.

To be asked to pay for my stay even before to go to my room. Most of the hotels make you pay at the end of your stay and that I find it fair.

The layout of the hotel and the natural green surrounding. Once you are in the hotel you feel you are close to nature and not in a city.

The choice of food could have been better. However the location of the Hotel is so good that there are plenty of great eating places within walking distance.
