Reception help with a smile & good English Travel desk girl is amazing help has a deal for every budget & knows what company's are best! Will be there whenever you need her to be! Rooms modern large & clean comfy beds huge hot power showers 10 min walk to Zoe gardens & babalon bar where all the backpacker bars are great every night not far to walk into centre of square where everything is 10/15 mins.
all reviews » We were visting Chiang Mai with our 7 month old daughter. The staff at Roseate were brilliant and done everything they could to insure we had a great 5 night stay. I would definitely look to return to Roseate again and would be happy to recommend it to friends. The best hotel in it's price range...great value for money. Thank You Roseate. Very clean, spacious & new rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet is fine (for a couple of days). Free internet in the room. Location around 5-10 min walking from the sunday walking street & main city center attractions. Staff is heplfull. We got free transportation to the airport. Large, clean rooms and friendly staff. Located in the north of the old part. May be a bit far from the bustier part of town, but good transportation options (just hail a public taxi on the road). Very friendly and helpfull inhouse tour booking lady. The staff was very nice, and they helped us rent scooters, warm up food we bought at the grocery store, and book an extra nights stay. I also enjoyed their breakfast. It was hot, and they had a good variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing i did not like is the music they play constantly in the hotel corridors - The speaker was right next to my bed and i woke up to the music -which sounded basically like the music you hear in a lift or waiting room... they could do with getting rid of it to offer some more peace to their customers!. Literally nothing. there is no laundary service in the hotel. No negatives. Breakfast okay but not much selection. The rain. Nothing really. Owner has to Survey the cleaning otherwise the hotel will become "old" very fast. None. Nothing!. nothing!!!!. Nothing. its quite amazing they dun have power adapter to overseas travelers. Internet connection cuts out sometimes. Room without window. cann`t smoking,no have pool. A little bit far from some main sights. Water pressure is a bit low so shower is a little disappointing. The breakfast buffet was not good. Nothing. Should provide 2 room card. to dislike anything one would have to be really picky. Although it is new hotel, it has some problems, leaking water everywhere. Shower head broken twice. The hardware is low end product. Nothing really, about fifteen minutes walk to the gate, but tuk tuks only cost about sixty baht into the centre. Eggs at breakfast were undercooked. It was a good place to stay, so this is the only nitpicking thing I could think of. Rooms are too noisy. We heard anyone in the corridor, and our door vibrated and made noise when other people shutted their doors. rooms are not so modernly designed, but it's ok. Our room was close to the laundry room and we could here the sound of washing machines all the time.
