  Friendly helpful staff, walking distance to Chaweng centre, but not in the noisy part. - They have transfer, gym and a very good beach location. Freindly staff.

  The bungalow rooms on the ground level by the pool gave you a view of the beach from the balcony. Whilst they are not 5 star they are more than comfortable and give you a sense of space and openess which wasn't necessarily the case for some of the resorts in Chaweng Beach. It was also good to be on the northern end of the beach a bit away from the... what people say » mayhem in the centre of the beach. We also discovered whilst there that there was a two bedroom family room on the second floor. In our research on l - I liked being close to the beach and shopping without being noisy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the relaxed atmostphere, very pleased with all amenities, great place to relax and not to expensive on the budget and the meals in the restaurant were excellent. recommend the Iyara to everyone that likes to be close to shopping and the beach but still relaxing.

  The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpfull! We got a very nice surprise when we arrived!(roses and flowers in the room and on the bed for our honeymoon) We had some problem in the bungalow, but when we told to the reception they gave us a nice room in the building for no extra charge! It's worth it to book one of the rooms in the bu... what people say » liding! It was large and very nice! The bungalow is in the middle of the trees so we had some ant-fly and when was raining it's leaked! The bugalow is - On arriving the 'Superior Bungalow' was not superior as in the pics on letsbookhotel.com website, we had particularly wanted a bathtub for the last week of our holiday and there was no tub in the bungalow we were given. Went to reception and they explained we had booked 'Standard' although pics and our booking said 'Superior'. After a little consideration we were given free upgrade into the hotel, great rooms with balcony and bathtub. Full marks to the hotel management for their handling of thi
