Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.

The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have stayed there many times and it is always of the highest standard. Love the pool, the breakfasts, the cafe, the foyer where you can sit and relax and watch the passing parade, love the fact that it is away from a lot of the tourist areas and markets but easy to walk or sky train or taxi to any of them.

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful.
