I thought the staff at reception were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The spa experience was wonderful. A private tour was very good. Buffet dinner provided variety and was delicious. -
The staff were very nice indeed. We got there at 6am and they let us check in early. It was very clean and comfortable.

Value for money. Good and cosy restaurant and lounge. Wifi free. No lift of course so asked staff to carry our suitcases up, was no problem. Recommend deluxe room. Stayed here 8 years ago as backpacker and now took my mum here and she was expecting less value for 15 dollars. Close to Ko San road but not in the middle of the hussle. For backpackers

The room is clean and well-equipped with basic amenities i.e.hairdryer, soap, shampoo,etc. Staff is really friendly and can speak english well. Location is perfect, on the main street. BTS station is literally 30steps away from the hotel's entrance. This makes travelling around easy. Lift is small but can still fit our two big luggages. -

I really enjoy the spacious 3 bedrooms apartment. The kitchen is huge and got a island inside! There is an extra single bed inside with allows one more member to live in. The staff are very polite and helpful. Swimming pool and gym room in the roof top are open 24 hours.

24/24h reception, I arrived late at night and left at 4:30 pm in the morning. Staff was very kind: morning call and they booked taxi for the morning with no extra fee. Only 15min taxi to get to the airport (no traffic)
Perfect place for a good night sleep between 2 flights.
