Great staff. The room has multiple locked drawers, refrigerator, how water heater, dishes, and tv / Internet.
I accidentally took their keys, and they were very polite about it. I arranged to mail them back, and they were friendly and understanding throughout.

The exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. This hotel is a real find and my second stay. I love the personal service you receive, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable, with all conveniences and individual air conditioners which I love so I can adjust to suit my needs. I will definitely use this as my preferred hotel for my next stay in Bangkok and will recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Very good 4* hotel. Excellent location - just 5-7 minutes walk from BTS Skytrain or MRT Underground, also no problem to find a taxi or tuk-tuk near the hotel. Hotel has a nice location,very close to Terminal 21, Asoke skytrain station is just 5 mts walk, we arrived late and were immediately checked in and were given free upgrade to a two bedroom suite on the 29th floor, lounge and bedrooms had huge floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of Bangkok skyline, hotel is adjacent to a 24 hours open foodland which is a big plus for families travelling with children, overall very nice hotel with excellent location and the staff

when we arrived and the apartment was bigger than our place at home.
They offer breakfast for around 200 thb but we always bought

Very nice and helpfull staff - The room was excellent, very comfortable and well organised. The spa bath was especially good! I arrived 3 hours earlier than check in time but was still allowed to go to my room which was great after a long night flight this was welcome.

For the value of money its a nice pretty friendly hotel i even had a special room with a special meaning on the 7 floor. Its not a very big room but everything i needed was there.Even the food was nice.And staff very helpfull. -
