It was very clean, tidy and the staff spoke good English. I was in Bangkok to do a bit of shopping and there were several malls along the Skytrain line which is very close. The nightlife in and around Sukhumvit Road is very good, especially at the weekend and caters for everyone. A club called Glow is not to far away and if you like your underground house and techno then you'll enjoy a good night there.
all reviews » I stay for 2 days, the location is good near by the bts on nut station and tesco big c and market all in 10 min walk. That's some street food around it,best for budget traveller. It was very quite at the night time not like the other hotel in the town is so noisy. Overall is very good. The Americano in the cafe next to the entrance was very nice. Great hostel! Very clean and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond for you. Coin operated washing machine and dryer, kitchen & fridge available for guest use. They were happy to store a bag for me while I went to India for a week. I stayed another 3 nights once I got back to bangkok because I really can't fault this place!. Rooms and shared bathrooms are VERY clean and modern, staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed in 4 guesthouses/hotels in Bangkok and this is by far the best one! Free coffee and tea in the morning. Washer and dryer on-site. Internet very good. Highly recommand this place!. The staff was very helpful, rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, great budget for backpackers in the city...especially if you want to stay away from the noise. Not in the middle of it all, but close enough to the sky train (one block) that it didn't matter. Very clean, excellent common space with two outside spots for smokers (and a perfect one close to the roof), beds are very confortable, equipments are modern. Not that expensive for Bankgok. Perfect for people who don't want to be too close to Kao San's noise. It was rather clean, not too noisy, a large supermarket with fastfoods and restaurant nearby. The skytrain station is not too far, from there you can get anywhere in Bangkok within minutes. A little bit outside of the busy areas which makes it relaxing. I just love this hostel. We arrived at 1am, but it was no problem as their reception is open 24 hours. It also had a washing machine we could use for 20 baht, that was brilliant. The bed was comfy and clean. It's not the best location if you wish to spend time at Koh San Road as it's a bit out of the way. It was 800 meter away bts to On Nut station. If you are carrying a big suite case then will be hard. It is a little away from the attractions but if you don't mine a 30min commute in, then it's no trouble. Very direct access!. Location a little outside the major attractions. The rooms with shared bathroom are on the main street which can be very noisy. Prefer the rooms with your own bathroom, they face the inside of the building and are only 100THB more. Well worth it!. It's really far from historical center, and skytrain doesn't go far enough. So each time you want to go to see the temples or to Kao San's touristic streets, you have to take subway and tuk tuk or taxi. Maybe it's not extremely central and for some it might be difficult to find it the first time. Nothing. Nothing. The best place to stay. The toilet bins really needed to be emptied more often, and toilet roll replaced everyday. Shared bathrooms one floor down (they were clean though). nothing. Hard to find at the first time. It's a bit far from the city center, but the surroundings of the hostel are nice: restaurants, a supermarket and the train station not too far away. So many mosquitos. It's a bit far from downtown, but it's close to the Skytrain so you can go everywhere from there (and you're far away from the scams of the touristy area). nothing. I stayed in dorm room, it was a bit small for 8 guests in one room. Hot water in shower room wasn't hot. a bit far from city. Takes about 8 minutes to walk to sky train. We missed a small fridge in the room. The internet crashed one day. The location was some distance from Sukhumvit. The noise of traffic on top floor was loud, but in-room was not audible. The cleanliness can be a bit better, we found 11 spiders in our room! Apparently they do not clean the sealing There were no windows in our room The water did not flow away after showering, so going to the toilet afterwards is kinda hard. It's very far away from everything! It will take you up to 45 minutes to travel to Siam center. The rating of 8,8 is totally overrated in my opinion Also do not go to the drink drank drunk cafe next door, you get very small portions.
