Very nice accommodations, great dining options, great location, friendly and attentive staff.

Bangkok itself turned out to be not our cup of tea, but we enjoyed the hotel.

Loved everything about the hotel. • The location (right next to the Banyan Tree - so easy for cab drivers to find it). • The decor (modern, sexy, cool and smart) • The dining options (Nahm, Glow, their healthy breakfast and lunch place, Met, their cocktail lounge) were all excellent. • The staff (Polite, friendly, helpful)

The only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer. Wish we'd gone here on the first leg of our Thailand trip, instead of the other place we stayed. ;)

This hotel never changes. I have been staying here for 10 years since it first opened. There is not much else i can say other than ' Perfection'.

Stylish hotel, excellent service and very good location. The breakfast and food at the Nahm restaurant was outstanding. Pool, steam room and spa facilities also an added bonus. Loved this place.

Love the staffs at Metropolitan. They are so attentive and approachable. Hotel has great ambiance and classy layout. Very impressed with the Como group.

The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises.

It is stylish without pretension. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with interesting options. The pool is long enough for a decent workout. Our room with a view of the pool was very comfortable and stylish.

All the staff were excellent and particularly helpful. Loved the room (617). Attention to detail was far better than we experienced elsewhere. The turn down service was much more than that and the employee worked very hard quickly.

Been there for one night after long flight and sevral connections, the Crowe was helpful and very kind. We deffently recommend it!

Design and quiet

There is no restaurant in this hotel, first time in 15 years of travelling, I stayed in a 5star hotel whereas the hotel guests have no access to the restaurant (tham). Officially the hotel has a restaurant run by outside operators, hence no chance to have a table if you do nt book 15 days in advance. So I was left with a poor room service. Disappointing !!!!!

Hotel in bad area beside an embassy with no entertainment , no coffee shop no business meeting room . Their is nothing special in the hotel .

the food very good

the rooms are old, very bad layout. simple requests they don't help you with like hire a car. poor attitude from staff in general. so many better choice for the money in bangkok.
