The room was very nice, comfortable bed and nice shower. The rooftopbar is great and the we liked the shoppingmall attached to the hotel more then mbk. Roomservice is great and fast.

Good value for money, good for business stay. Good location as it connected to shopping mall and subway.

Not enough staff at check in counter, long waiting line, long hours waiting for the room to be ready. Free wifi provided by the hotel did not work. There was some complication with the password entry and even that, it still did not work.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to public transport and the market and a large. Good pool and gym facilities.

It was a bit further out of town than I had realised when booking but was easy to get into town via the rail system.

Confusing name with other centura grand in central world This place is central plaza and also has a conference centre! I actually booked this hotel by mistake and as it is far from centre about 8 km in awful traffic I had to move after one day Hard bed

There was NOTHING I disliked about this hotel. It was EXCELLENT in every respects.

We liked the pool even though it was a little small and should be open much later. The closeness to the mall was very helpful and convenient. Were very happy with the hotel, service, staff, and facilities.

We have a laptop and two IPADs. Had to pay 300 bhat a day to use the other two. Bought an unlimited sim account to us anywhere in Thailand for one ipad for only 599 baht good for one month. Possibly hotel could advise of these lower charges or sell them themselves. Should leave more towels per day. In Thailand's heat, take at lease two showers a day

We found it very hard to communicate with the reception staff as their English was very limited. We found the hotel rooms were not of the 5 star standard we have stayed in before and the food to be very overpriced.
