The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have stayed there many times and it is always of the highest standard. Love the pool, the breakfasts, the cafe, the foyer where you can sit and relax and watch the passing parade, love the fact that it is away from a lot of the tourist areas and markets but easy to walk or sky train or taxi to any of them. The decor is traditional thai but modern. - check at 8 am in the morning, no additional costs. - Location, 5 min walk from the skytrain that brings you everywhere - 7 different kinds of restaurant, teppanyaki was superbe - Amazing swimming pool - room spacious...
all reviews » After a two week trip around Thailand we were happy to relax in the comfort of this hotel. Its 5* for the price of a 3*. The pool is lovely and the staff very friendly. I would recommended this hotel to anyone. Very friendly staff, i would like it a little bit more if they would understand my questions, the english could be better from the reception and therefore more helpfull, anyway it was very nice!. I really enjoyed the way staff at the hotel always want to exceed your expectations, I have stayed at a few hotels befor and have never been as satisfied as I was with Siam City hotel. Everything! Upgraded to a executive suite on arrival, great breakfast, free internet, free drinks and canapes at happy hour, brilliant staff, could not have asked for better!. Everything was first class in every manner. Staff, facilities, food, etc., A beautiful elegant hotel with personnel to match. This was a very nice hotel, offering good value. Old equipment in the room. 2 rooms communicate by a simple door thatdoesn't cover the noise. Therefore if you have noisy neighbours, itbecomes very annoying. Internet usage is way out of any normal costthey charge 16Bth per hourwere everywere it is 2Btht max is 700 bath per 24hwe checked in at 21.00and I used the internet for 1 h so paid the 700 Bathi left the room nextdat at 12.00and wanted in the lobby to use WiFithey said I need to buyavoucher cause I checked out alreadythats just unbelievable!!!for therest the hotel is fine and. When the price stated on the customer's hope that he be provided with the full amount of tax and comprehensive services in all cases. Such as the value of the room or Buffet Open. Staff, room, spa prices. the staff in the reception was wery rood when we arived. the room was wery wery dirty. we had a deluxe room. and did find lots off black pubic hair in the bed. And the bathroom was dirty. I didnt get the feeling that i was in a 5 star hotell. and the breakfast bufe was to small for a hotell whit 5 stars. the hole hotell is old. and shuld be rebuilt. i wuold class it ´for a 3 star hotell.
