We booked 2 rooms apartment with good view at balcony from our 20th floor. Just 700 meters from main Sukhumvit Road and BTS Nana MRT Station. So, easy to travel around Bangkok with very cheap 1whole day ticket. Taxis & tutktuk always available downstair. Lots of shops in the surroundings. Lots of Arab & halal food & restaurants at Sukhumit Road. We can get cheap items & souvenir from the hawker by roadside.
all reviews » I loved the awesome &friendly staff, who went out of their way to assist with any needs. I was upgraded to a larger suite than what I ordered which was very nice. The apartment was clean and spacious and I felt very at home.the internet was great. The gym was a nice . The breakfast at the ibis was Awesome. Spacious room, location and the massage parlour on the ground floor provided excellent service. Laundry service was also very good and was value for money. Although I stayed in an apartment housekeeping serviced the room everyday and replenished all amenities. I was given a free late check out till 4 pm. Even the others rating were around 7 but I think this hotel deserve more, it's larg tower, polite staff, cleaned daily, they even provide extra beds free of charge for my kids, I expected lower than what I found , it's wonderful place & I'll visit it again & again. location is close to everything interesting in Bangkok, 5 minutes walking to NANA Plaza, taxis, tuk tuk, BTS, and buses are available closely. rooms are clean, furniture is somewhat new. they actually sign "guests" in going up to the rooms. My studio room, while a bit old, is clean and spacious for a single person. There's ample storage space for clothes and other gear. WiFi is reasonably fast. Last but not least, the housekeeping staff are so courteous and friendly. All was great really value for money ,You cant beat this offer.The place is well located very clean with all the facilities .Inert net in the room was functioning well . I will recommend this place to my friends. ....I loved the Breakfast....two choices...are available daily...either halah @ Armari Hotel or Continental @ Ibis Hotel...just next door. And most of all...u don't see so much hotel guest bring friends back. The facilities are excellent and really value for money. Staffs are extremely friendlily and obliging. Security is good and place is safe. The room is huge and good enough for a big family. we have a 2 bedrooms suite but it turn out a 3 bedrooms suite with a big living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balcony too. Short walking distance from all the bars and nightclubs but distanced enough to be quiet. Short walking distance from the skytrain. Fast internet connection. Good breakfast. The staff is friendly. The room is always clean. facilities are very good. i enjoy stayin here. next time i go to bangkok, i should stay at this place again. I like the hotel very much. Just walking distance to red area which not suitable for visitors with family. The carpets were a bit worn. I was sent to an occupied room twice upon check in. No one offered to take my luggage up and bring it down, I had to do it by myself. bathroom is a little old, not very nice. price is a little high. The A/C temperature cannot be 'totally' controlled and the unit was a bit noisy. The noise of the Air con was the only down side but could manage after few nights . ....The rooms furniture are abit old....run down...and mostly the kitchen....need reno. WI Fi is slightly not proper. Breakfast buffet if it is in the same place, would have been better. rooms in need of updating.also quite seedy at thestart of soi 4. bathroom a little dated. Only one staff member for this part of the "hotel", the main reception is not interested in people staying at "the syndicate suites" and won't help, there is a small office on the side for the suites. the elevator are a little bit scary, but that is not a big problem. Had a minor issue with WiFi. No router in my room . Was then given password to next door room and was given wrong password twice! Had to fix myself but then WiFi was fast. Nothing negative. Red Light district nearby. There is nothin much except a good buffet breakfast which was missing. Rooms maybe need a slight revamp. I would have liked to have room furnished with a was cloth and hand towels also. A pool towel would have been desirable while using the pool, and pool service for drinks and food.. language problem with the staff. Very hard bed. Gym doesn't have aircon. Nothing. All good. The location of the hotel was not where I expected to end up. As two young female travelers, we did not feel safe in the area at nighttime. i don't like when i asked for the umperila. no complian. the ad said its 5mins walk from mrt but it is actually 10-15mins away. Toilet flush does not supply much water and pressure thus, "waste" takes time to go. a little bit far (300 m) from sukumvit main road. first Am paid five days from 11 aug untill 15 aug this mean that I leave the hotel the morning of 16 aug before 12 pm the internet connection isdisconnecte at 14 aug then reconnecte at15 aug the last day the room not clean at all second Am reqest two big bed but the room have only one big bed and we are two persons. No restaurant or eatery attached to it. If you hungry at odd times then you have depend upon near by restaurants or home delivery. lobby not air condionning ,not comfortable at all. Rooms need a revamp. the shower was broken... Kind of old furniture. I did not like smell of coking in the hotel. I think the guest was coking dinner in their rooms. The floor carpet in the room was unbelievable dirty, the room itself needed renovation a bit. Beds and pillows were too hard.
