Great location close to Ekkamai Sky train station. We especially loved the Ekkamai Gateway mall (wonderful place to go for breakfast). Very friendly owner.

Clean room, private, secure room; nice shower; the one front desk girl was very nice and her English is better than the manager; very convenient to reach the Skytrain (Ekamai) or Eastern bus terminal if you're thinking of heading to Ko Chang or Ko Samet. .
Lady owner went out of the way to squeeze 5 of us in her car...dropping
us off for dinner when we arrived late at night as nearby food outlets
were all closed.

The rooms were not at all as described. We had booked a "spacious superior room", which didn't exist. The room we were staying in was extremely damp and mildewy and smelled terrible. The towels started to smell like mildew and so did our clothes. No room service.
Staff does not speak English, which is very unpractical. Despite being located close to sukhumvit, it is actually placed in a not so nice neighborhood.
Unstable wifi connection. hidden location, make sure you write down the address clearly, better to take a taxi first time for navigation if necessary; stereotypical odd~mannered traditional Thai manager.

The staff cannot speak a bit of English and found it really hard to communicate. they cannot even a simple question in english and we had to go out to the street to get direction.
Room was not clean when we entered and there was a fowl smell in the washroom.
Wi-fi rarely works and you have to complain at the front desk very often.

1- extermly hardly to find the hotel
2- hotel is very poor in terms of clean & services
2- they won't clean your room daily, you have to ask them first
3- air condition was weak
4- bathroom was tiny and inside your room not something seperated
5- refrigator was empty
6- any thing you ask such as water you have to get down and take it
if i went to bangok again certienly i won't stay there again even it was for free.
It is really a hell ..
I booked 3 nights but We run away after we stayed 8 hours..
Smelly, not cleen ,part of the door of bathroom is glass made, it is like you are taking shower in the street..
The blanket are wet, no english speaking staff..
I do not recommend this hotel even to my enemies ..
