This hotel was a big and positive surprise, great value for the money, excellent and committed young staff, outstanding rooms,very much on a 5 Star level. Bo from Guest services made sure all is well and she has a super customer attitude. Tun, the young concierge, got us last minute tickets for the Thai boxing championship,organized a trip to the floating market outside Bangkok and a City tour for the Royal treasures of Thailand. The room service on the 17th floor was also superb, the young Lad.
all reviews » Great hotel! The location is right next to the train station. Very easy and comfortable. Also- taxi will bring you anywhere in a few minutes. The hotel stuff are nice and helpful. Very kind, and doubt everything they can to comfort your stay. The room was beautiful. Great view, nice modern decoration, very comfortable. Breakfast was good. There wasn't such a great selection but I found it more then enough. The gym is good and well equipped, though a bit small. Great outdoor pool with a won. The reason why we booked this hotel, because of the high score of customer reviews. And Yes!, everything was great as they have mentioned. It's a brand new modern luxury hotel, which is next to BTS station. That more easier for you to avoid the traffic jam in Bangkok. All facilities in rooms were fantastic. Especially the panoramic view of Bangkok City and Choprayah River were absolutely amazing. We'd recommended you to stay in an Executive Room, because you'll get a big room on higher floor an. The hotel was very new only 7 months old when we stayed there. The hotel staff were all constantly very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is rather ideal as it is not in the midst of a super busy area but yet still accessible to the main shopping areas. Hence you get the best of both worlds for a quiet restful holiday but at the same time close proximity to the main bustling areas. I loved the design of the hotel. We would have liked to be informed during the check-in. -Only one waitress at the restaurant for evening, we waited 5 to 10 min before getting a table whereas we were only the second table in the restaurant...!. Parts of the hotel looks a bit unfinished and lacks decor. Not a lot of anything around the hotel, it's necessary to go elsewhere with the BTS. Cold pool. Still not finished but advertising as if it is. Shuttle between airport was 70-80 $. Especially for Bk it is very expensive. It's not so special or fashionable. A little bit slow internet connection. The pool is closing at 20:00. The bathroom is smell. Service is quite slow, guess there is not enough staff. No restaurants or massages nearby. Location good if you are working close by but not so good for tourism.
