we stayed in this hotel few weeks ago, and was very very disjointed. we came again only because it was the only hotel with two bedrooms available at those days for normal price, because we forgot to book earlier. and bottom line: 1. resection very friendly. 2. the construction works outside almost completed, they has big jasmine logo outside. 3. value still good for apartment based on other hotels with two bedrooms apartment. 4. finally someone help us with big bags and open the door and say he.
all reviews » It was a small appartment with master bedroom with attach bath, another small bedroom with single bed and lounge, dining and kitchen combined with another bathroom. It was a quite area and the hotel was new. It has a very nice big swimming pool with a slide and a fitness center. Kids loved it. I think if you are on a trip of a week or ten days then you can even do your own cooking and explore the city as you like. Good hotel! I like it's modern design. Nice clean room. We visited Bangkok with our parents, brother and daughter, so the 3 bedroom apartment has ample space for us to enjoy privacy and family time together. The hotel is new, so furnishing is new. Service is good. Staff is friendly and prompt to meet our requirements. Location is very good and rooms are very clean, price was very good, unfortunately we spent only one night as we were traveling back home but next time when we go to Bangkok we will stay in this hotel. From the time we arrived, staff told us that they just opened 10% of the whole hotel. Everything is new, beds, couches, linens. Absolutely brilliant! The water heater - it just didn't work for us as well, the water is very cold, then very hot, then cold again... 2. The mossies - everywhere has it. The lobby, the rooms and even their toilets. 3. The little hotel card for cab drivers, most of them didn't know where is the hotel and we have to guide them from specific landmarks - So not exactly for people who doesn't know Bangkok well. There is no room service, we were starving as we were coming from Crabi and we reached the hotel late, when i called the front desk to get some food they said we do not have room service and we can order from any restaurant, actually we are not familiar with Bangkok as it is our first time to Thailand so we had to go out again to eat. The hotel is about 8 km from the city centre, normally taking a cab not a problem and cheap, but with the Bangkok traffic a nightmare, took us sometimes nearly an hour and going back means bargaining with the drivers, because they won't use meters and telling us it is to far out. But a sky train is nearby. Or you could rent a scooter if you confident and brave enough. The hotel is about 8 km from the city centre, normally taking a cab not a problem and cheap, but with the Bangkok traffic a nightmare, took us sometimes nearly an hour and going back means bargaining with the drivers, because they won't use meters and telling us it is to far out. But a sky train is nearby. Or you could rent a scooter if you confident and brave enough. No restaurants near the hotel. Stayed for 3 days and the housekeeping did not clean the room on the 2nd day. Serious oversight. Occupancy is still very low as it is a new hotel. No aircon is lifts. No concierge or some one know the area, it seems it's new stuff but they try to guide you for any thing around the hotel.. the hotel will be better after the the construction is completed. no safe case and washing machine in the room although it was stated in the description of the hotel. The shower head is too low. The water was hot one minute then cold the next, very annoying. Too warm in the elevator and halls. Very poor location, most taxi drivers have no clue where it is and most taxi will say no!. Getting a cab from the closest train station was a nightmare, nobody was willing to go. Hardly any public transport close by and stray dogs at night on the streets nearby makes it unsafe to walk. 10 mins walk from shopping centre and train station. The fact that I have absolutely have nothing to complain about this place . They didn't have room service and the location is so bad. Not all taxi drivers know the location. It was 10-15minutes walk to the train station. I like everything. Nothing. Construction still ongoing. Away from shopping centers, Hotel was newly opened and lacks basic facilities as they were still opening. distance to city center. Missing utensils and some decor. Too hard to find. The sign is very small and is in a really busy area. 15 walk to Phra Kanong BTS. air conditioner. The hotel was not complete but still accepting customers. It was not stated on the website when booking. I felt like I was swindled. no breakfast after asking for drinking water, we did not get it, even when promised it is very difficult to get there from the city centre - taxis refused to go there on meter, only at fixed price that was very high for bangkok. The breakfast included was poor quality. It did not have a restaurant and there is not much in real close proximity. The staff however friendly spoke poor English with the exception to the reception staff. staff Coffee Bathroom draining smelly. The hotel now is under renovation and when i was there i got some noisy sound from construction in the morning. Toilet have some bad smell. Hotel is not finished yet which is not on the website there was no restaurants and the location is a little out of the way. Offered a resort style accomandations however had a stove but no pots, pans, or dishwear. No Microwave. When I used the bathroom towel to dry off my makeup got on towel and they wanted to charge me for a whole set of towels. This location is new and none of the taxi driver's knew where it was. Nothing close by. There is no room service. The room telephone is not working good because there is very noicey tone. You can not mix cold and hot water for shower . It is either hot or cold and the shower is very low that you must bend yourself to let the water come on you. There is nothing in the mini kitchen no spoons no anything. Location. No water pressure Temperature problem with the water Wifi very slow. No faclity avalible .eq no resturant. Bathtub has joints so that when showering the water flows like a river to the bathroom floor....construction issue. Half of the hotel was a building site and quite noisy. It was impossible to find. Taxi drivers have no idea where it is and took us to the wrong hotel numerous times. No safe box Sofa was very dirty Does not feel like a 5-star accomodation. breakfast. Its not like the picture very bad service I stay only for one night.
