The staffs is very helpful and informative. They are friendly and kind too. It is cheap, clean, and convenient in terms of the facilities provided, such as water dispenser, mini bar, microwave, washing machine, and etc. The balcony is great too.

The mattress is a bit hard.

I really like how well everything is managed in this place. It's a real hotel not a hole masquerading itself with a fancy names like "boutique family hotel" (avoid hotel california). The facilities were simple but everything was very fair. The place was very quite. My room had balcony with decent view. I also noticed that the drinks and food I could buy at the reception were of a very adequate price (just a bit higher than in 7 eleven). I also spotted two automatic washing machines outdoors so cleaning your laundry is cheap too. Overall it was a good stay. I had everything I expected without any surprises.

Cheap, clean and convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It's basically like staying in a small serviced apartment. I was very happy there!

I spend in this hotel 2 weeks and i can tell that it feels like home:) for 2 weeks and for those money it was the best, what was possible to get. I was first time in BKK making a visa. Staff is very kind and helpful. Thank u very much. Big bed, free internet 24/7 in the room.

Location. Good street - Sukhumvit - bcoz of it i took it, but too far to bts station. around 15 minutes and at evening time for single girl is not good. For 2 weeks it was no cleaning service in my room at all. Maybe I shud ask, but even when i droped my tea on the floor - at 5pm it was possible to clean it by myself. Cleaning till 4pm. So no fresh towels, no fresh sheets.

The hotel staff are all helpful and friendly except the lady-boss. Its a very quiet and the hotel staff leave you all alone without disturbances- so good

Great location in a quiet area close to Ekkamai BTS. Clean room with strong AC and hot shower. Would stay here again.

Not too far from BTS. Price was exellent, it was light and bright. Small balcony. Air conditioner on when I want it on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Small refer and microwave in room. Must buy own toilet paper, soap, shampoo and wash rag. Towels are furnished.

Beds are very hard as was the pillows.

the staff was very nice and helpfull, the location is a 5min walk from a BTS skytrain station (Ekkamai), the room was nice and cosy with its own microwave and fridge, you can do your laundry for 20 or 40 baht if you have some washing product (which you can buy for 10 baht at the 7eleven on your way to the BTS station),

there is only a microwave but no waterboiler (there is a cold and hot water disposer downstairs but for a studio this could have been incuded since most hotelrooms offer this), there was also no kitchensupplies such as plates, glasses or any forks or knifes (this is normal for a hotelroom but this was advertised as a studio). Overal still a very good place to stay

The Price, modern new rooms

a bit far away from sukhumwit road to walk everyday, no drinkglas in the room, no small lamp in the room, just the glaring ceilinglamps

Staff was very friendly.. Some weren't that good at english, but they manage.. For budget travellers i recommend, because of the fridge, and a very cheap and clean/nice foodcourt at ekkamai station, very close..

Maybe you're supposed to ask for clean towels.. We had our own so we managed, but there are no roomservice what so ever.. Otherwise everything in the rooms where good :)

The receptionist was simply brilliant and made up for small room size etc.She helped me doing my laundry, refunded me money although I clearly made a mistake etc etc! Amazing. In the end she even helped me putting my luggage into the taxi! Wow. Cleaning staff also super friendly.

Room was too small, no cuttlery, the matrasse and pillow were too hard and first night I had trouble sleeping, furniture also looks a bit old. There was no chair in my room either.... A bit difficult to find also.

The room was not cleaned the entire 7 days I stayed here despite me asking twice to have it done. Towels, toilet paper, nothing was replaced. The location is far away from most things if you aren't familiar or comfortable with public transport in Bangkok. The bed is also very hard
