  We were collected from the ferry port (make sure you email them before and ask for this) and driven straight to the villa where we were greeted by Winnie who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She settled us in, have us a welcome pack of a map where she told us best places to eat/rent a scooter/excursions etc, a torch, snorkelling equipment, dry... what people say » bag (for boat trips), local mobile phone with credit and relevant numbers, takeaway menus and plug adapter. She was on call pretty much 24/7 and we c - Everything, the villas are very big and new. even breakfast was included and you could order the food you like directly to your house. we really liked it there

  Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The hotel is not on a beach per se, but you can walk there in like 5 minutes. As it's located in the heart of Sairee it is within walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own restau/bar ou... what people say » t front too and the food was quite good. Their spa, although very plan-looking, turned out to be exceptionally good. Very impressed with our masseuses - The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

  The hotel was absolutely great! Perfect location, right on a beautiful beach and a 2minute walk to all of the restaraunts and bars. The hotel is right next to a beach bar that has beach parties at night and I guess it may be a little noisy if you are staying nearer to the beach end of the hotel but we couldn't hear it at all from our room. Rooms w... what people say » ere really nice and clean, complimentary water and a fridge, aircon and comfortable beds. We are a group of young travellers and this was pretty luxur - My wife and I had an amazing time. We stayed in one of the newer condos next to the dive shop. Although it gets a little loud late at night, it wasnt anything that ever kept us up. The pool was great and the Dive shop was even better. Very experienced crew of divers, friendly and exactly what my wife and I were looking for in taking our open water coarse to become PADI certified. My wife would say we stayed in the best resort on the island... but we never made it to the other side
