Amazing place to stay! Great location to beach and cheap and easy to rent motorbike. View from rooms are great. Staff was out of this world friendly and helped out navigating us around the Island. Couldn't of been a better experience. Located near to the beach in a quiet part of Sairee. 房间蛮干净的,淋浴不错. Position, 2 minutes by motorbike from the noise of the city and close to the beach. No safety deposit box, a small thing. - Make sure to rent a motorbike otherwise its a bit far to walk from city center - If you walk from city center make sure to walk along the beach. At night some ants got to my bed and bit me :) I don't usually care about those ants and geckos - the jungle is just behind the door. But I still prefer to have some private space at least in the bed. The way to the hotel is a bit tricky, especially in the dark - you should go some yards along the road in the perfect darkness. Or you can take a way through the beach - but you should know how to find a way. A/C blows air right at the bed. The bed was too hard. And they forgot to give back the key deposit and there is no way how to contact them. Dangerous steps for children to get up and down from high rooms Dangerous balconies for young children with a step halfway up the rail Far from the main resort of Sairee village Walk involves stroller(pushchair) up steep hills on the road or through long sandy beach In our opinion not child friendly/family friendly and location isolated on its own. There was no lift and we were left to carry our bags up two flights of steps, when we asked for a hand the staff did take one bag but told us to carry the other. It was a good fifteen minutes from the busy part of the beach and a big trek up in the evening, it was a bit unsafe having to walk the main road where it wasn't lit up. The property was basic but there were many others in the area that were better value for money. We stayed only two nights but they did not clean the room. unhelpful staff, we needed to move to Sairee village to do everything, they can't speak english and don't seem too willing to understand more than money's sound. A deposit is asked (500 THB) but they do not say nothing about it in letsbookhotel.com, 15 minutes by taxi to ferry's piers (and taxis are pretty expensive without no taximeter). The staff was quite unfriendly en not at all customer and/or service oriënted. So much that it unpleasantly surprised us, after having travelled throughout Thailand. 位置好偏,晚上回去有点危险. The worst bed I have tried to sleep in all my life!!! Old hard mattress that ruined my back!!! ---- il materasso più duro e scomodo della mia vita!!!!!' Staff very unhelpful and not kind at all. Everything is extra and they ask money for everything. Cold water. Cleaning only on demand. Bad ratio price value. - Room wasn't at all as it was shown in the pictures - door didn't close properly, room was located dircectly next to the staircases that every visitor of the hotel used - REALLY dirty, bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, there were hairs everywhere in the room - when we complained, staff wasn't helpful at all, manager got very rude.
