Nice hotel just by the beach. Good food.

Some smell of old in the room. Divers in the pool most of the day. Boring breakfast.

Personnel was always happy! Rooms were fine, food was very tasty. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

Water temperature in the shower was not controllable. We got 2 single beds instead of 1 double one.

Clean large room with the comfortable bed and bathroom with a bath. Great location for beach and all the local restaurants. Lovely clean pool. Would recommended!

Small selection for breakfast but still good. A little over priced considering all the rooms are set back off the beach.

The location. It was good for the price they take.

There is no wifi in the rooms. The electricity stopped working few times. There is not enough place to sit on the beach/swimming pool to all the guests.

The staff were so so nice and helpful! Pool is lovely and rooms are clean! Nice breakfast buffet too!!

We stayed in one of their villas and two of their standard rooms! The villa was very overpriced and we didnt have hot water! Also it's a very long walk to main road and is very very dark at night!! Also the wifi didnt work in the villa which was really annoying as we had paid Alot!!!

The hotel was absolutely great! Perfect location, right on a beautiful beach and a 2minute walk to all of the restaraunts and bars. The hotel is right next to a beach bar that has beach parties at night and I guess it may be a little noisy if you are staying nearer to the beach end of the hotel but we couldn't hear it at all from our room. Rooms were really nice and clean, complimentary water and a fridge, aircon and comfortable beds. We are a group of young travellers and this was pretty luxury for us at an affordable price! Breakfast was good, buffet style with hot and cold food. Nice to have the option of English cereals too! Would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone

Fantastic budget friendly resort, staff look after you whatever the problem. Would def stay again and such a great location on Sairee beach

My wife and I had an amazing time. We stayed in one of the newer condos next to the dive shop. Although it gets a little loud late at night, it wasnt anything that ever kept us up. The pool was great and the Dive shop was even better. Very experienced crew of divers, friendly and exactly what my wife and I were looking for in taking our open water coarse to become PADI certified. My wife would say we stayed in the best resort on the island... but we never made it to the other side

Good buffet breakfast. Nice pool and great location on the beach.

Quite expensive for what we got, have had much better value for money in thailand. Stayed in a Superior villa. Aircon leaked onto our heads/pillows overnight. Paid 1000bht deposit for the key card, which stopped working on a daily basis - became annoying being the furthest room from reception. No snorkel hire. In a place like this minor things make a difference!

Swimming pool, beach, location.

1. Breakfasts - horrible They trying do english breakfast but with no luck. 2. When we arrived to the room, duvet set hasn't been change and we found some stains in sheet and pillow and black hair. I went to reception and report it an have been changed after 15 mins but the old duvet set been left in the corner of the room and no one pick up until we check out. 3. Moskitos 4. Smell from bathroom (pipes)

Poor service and not helpful at all no hospitality , a bit run down like most of thai resorts cater mostly for young people who only want to dive, lousy tv , internet

The swimming pool was ok.

The rooms were very dirty and tatty. The restaurant was very old looking and again tatty. The breakfast was very poor and tasted awful. The whole place just looked like it wasn't looked after and very old and weathered. Would not recommend!
