+ It is almost staying in an actual house.The rooms are equipped with everything you need (fridge, TV, table, chairs, toilette paper, shampoo, soap, towels, pottery, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, clothes hanger, a nice balcony etc.).
+ I like the fact that rooms are really clean and the location is not bad.

This appartment is about as complete as you'll get - except for a decent cutting knife, perhaps. The kitchen has a fantastic stove and even a dish washer, which is ideal if you intend to stay for a few days. Our room also had an excellent table which can be used for eating or working.
The hotel was a nice walk from the station and situated about 15 mins walk from the town in a nice quiet suburb. The hotel was clean, has cooking facilities, a fridge, TV and ironing facilities as well as a hair dryer.

Very close to grocery store, walking distance from train station (20 minutes), washing machine and dryer available free, and enough room in kitchen and bedroom for two.

Bed sizes could be bigger. The double beds actually are not double (maybe one and a half) So it is only comfortable if you sleep alone in a double bed.
Since access to the building is organised automatically, there is no personnel to assist: Leaving your luggage in the building for a little longer is impossible, for example. Take care with the beam from the living room to the floor - or you could stumble and badly hurt your foot.
There was nothing wrong with this hotel for a short city break.

The bathroom does not have ventilation so it smells like mildew. The shower curtain must be changed, gross!.
There was not a blow dry!.
No staff at all.
Rooms do not look as good in real life as in photos.
No reception. You have to enter the reservation number as a code a then you get key from the "mailbox". There was no light in the passage an the corridor. Dirty carpets in the elevator and in the hallway. Extremlly thin walls, you can hear everything. In my room was weak heating.
Heating was turned off!.
