location was great, away from the busy city of Zurich but only 10 min away from city by tram. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment fully furnished and very comfortable, feel like home. The owner Named Suzan was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay. It is a very beautiful and luxury apartment, spacious, well equipped and close to the tram station(50 mts) lochergut and kalkbreite (150 mts). I recommend it because it is very comfortable.

Very comfort for families especially for long stay if they have a car. Staff friendly, lovely comfortable appartment. Nice living room and also the bedrooms. Space and well appointed. Facilities, location. Location. Good location, good size and very modern and clean. The apartment was located at close proximity to the wiedikon station so it was easy for us travel by train. It was also relatively near the tram stop that can be reached by foot in about 5 minutes. there were also many shops close by the area that enabled us to get our grocery shopping done easily. The apartment was equipped with the essential utensils that enabled us to get some simple cooking done.The staff that greeted us on the first day to pass us our keys was friendly and courteous despit. The apartment was clean and Susan was very helpful. We were not able to get the key from the apartment when we arrived as there was something wrong with the computer system. I had to call the staff and Susan arrived right away to bring us the key card. Very nice appartments fully equiped. Nothing really. From airport to the apartment the traffic is very heavy. .it is about 45 minutes to an hour.The website said 20 minutes. I would love if it was in different location and near further to shopping area. Having two adult shops in the very near area may make me reconsider differnt area next time. Also, not having easy access to reception or owner was an issue. The check in vending machine was not properly working. The bathroom door lock was missing and we could not lock the door. There is no personal interface with staff; trash collection should be daily. Bed and pillow fill with the dust also smell. Incorrect charging (charged 3 nights instead of two), lack of parking, door safety latch broken. The smell of the lobby and the back door area due to the chinese restaurant at the front of the block. The painting in the main room of the woman was scary and freaky. Late check out was arranged and granted but when we returned to the apartment to pick up our bags in the afternoon, we were not able to entre the flat with all of our key cards. Had to call to have the cleaner opening the door. Taxi was reserved on our departure by staff but failed to show up after waiting and calling for 15 mins. Lucky we were able to get a taxi down 1 block and was able to arrive the airport on time :(. Location and no A/C.
