we obtained a bigger room for same price.

the room was a little hot.

Close to a good area with a lot of restaurants, bars, turistic places.

There was not ac and it was neccesary.

Staf were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Slightly scabby furniture in places in the room and the feel of a building the is "work in progress" but otherwise fine

Location, price/quality, breakfast had not a huge choice, but was ok, spacious room.

We got a room strongly smelling of smoke, even if we booked a non-smoking room and there was a non-smoking tag in the room. Bathroom is a little bit tight.

The only endearing feature of the Hotel was the location in relation to Zurich HB and restaurants

Hotel lift broke whilst inside and staff did not respond to alarm. No facilities in room or hotel to obtain drink. Safety standards poor. B/fast below average.

To much cost for a single room acomodation, no curtains against sun raysat the morning...

The lady at the reception was quite helpful (Can't remember her name though).

There was no mention in the website that the hotel was in the middle of the red light district. As a family with young children, it was quite dissapointing that the website did not think that it was important to provide this information. The room was very small. There were no closets in the room, no toiletries in the wash room. The wash room did not have a lock.
