it was near to the city,and the trms were right outside the door,and the supermarket accross the road. Highly profesisonal, friendly and helpful staff, location, level of services, room and price of the hotel.The hotel was close to the city center, one block from the tram station number 3. The staff was great, they even gave us a much better room than what I reserved, since they did not have smoking or non smoking rooms. The overall hotel experience was pretty good for the price and location.
all reviews » Staff.The price is good in comparison with other hotels in Zurich. Our room was clean and hot, and had everything for a 3 star hotel. Good connection with Strassebahn to the center. Quality=price.It should have better pictures of the hotel, and also direction of how to get there, also the website should say the hotel does not have rooms qualifed as smoking or non smoking. No parking space, allthough it was said they had them. So I got a ticket for parking.A little bit loud in the morning at the corridor. Rooms are not very well isolated from outside. Extremely noisy traffic from Badenstrasse. Heater was down one night, room is small, wall is thin (can hear neighbour activities clearly), noisy and facing the street, can hear tram passing by. The person at the reception was strange, like he wouldn't speak any language at all...It was a little difficult to find. Check in staff at night time on 16th january was rude.Lack of internet, mini bar (even for a bottle of water). No internet access, no signal on TV (no aerial cable), poor light in room.Room smelt of cigarette smoke, bath wasn't clean - shower attachment didn't work properly. Hotel Staff were not friendly. On checking out the member of staff tried to make out that I did not have enough credit on my card - so had to pay by cash. Checked with my card provider immediately after and had plenty of credit available.
