Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. Guests can taste refined international cuisine made from selected seasonal ingredients in the restaurant or on the terrace. After dinner, guests can relax on the sofa in front of the fireplace, sipping an espresso or a grappa. The spa area offers various treatments to unwind after a day in the fresh mountain air. All units vary in layout and size and feature elegant modern design and private balconies. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel free of charge. The Omnia offers its own taxi service to and from Zermatt railway station, the car park or the heliport. A shuttle or helicopter service to the airports can be arranged by the hotel team as well. Zermatt's winter sports area can be reached within a 15-minute walk or by electrically-powered buses and taxis.

Это не первый наш визит в Церматт - но в этот раз мы остановились в сумасшедше хорошем, если не лучшем, отеле! Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д. Отдельно хочу сказать о ресторане и "зоне здоровья". Из 7 дней нашего пребывания в The Omnia мы ужинали в ресторане отеля 4 раза (а поесть мы любим!). Поверьт.
all reviews » The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed). The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style. Staff were so professional and showed support all time. Can’t find better location, inner city but so quiet and comfortable, close to the train stati. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Queen size rooms are ok, but I definitely recommend a double room with a view over Zermatt and the valley. The pool and wellness area are fantastic. The staff and service are absolutely top class. Staying at the Omnia is costly but absolutely worth it. Omnia was a great experience. Perfectly located, with an amazing view to the mountains, including to the matterhorn. Excelent services, excelent breakfast. And the most important, a super professional and friendly staff that do all they can to help the clients in all their needs. I do recommend it!. Facilities, staff, food, views, and rooms were all splendid. The view of the Matterhorn from the jacuzzi was a great plus. We were also lucky enough to checkin on the night of the first big snow, and wake up to a bright, clear blue sky and snow-covered landscape. Every detail in the whole Omnia-concept was honest and of high quality; staff, food, materials and details and colours of the interior, service, spa, view of the town from hot tub, the library with excellent selection of books, and Astrid in the spa department!. Super hotel in all respects ... Excellent staff from General Manager on down ... Free WiFi in room ... Beautifully modern ... Excellent restaurant ... A real five star property in a five star location. The design and location of The Omnia were outstanding. The Spa facilities and outside hot tub were magnificient. The restaurant was chic and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend the Omnia. Great architecture and high quality furniture and fittings, spacious rooms, lovely well trained staff and a great location. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed. Top notch service from beginning of our stay til the very end. The breakfast buffet is incredible ! Delicious!. The position is wonderful, the is restaurant excellent, the SPA is very nice and pleasant and the staff very nice. Great hotel in a great location in Zermatt. Great breakfast, restaurant. Staff were incredibly well prepared and went the extra mile. Onsite massage and flower steam bath. None to be honest. The first Hotel I stay at and love from A to Z. Nothing, the Omnia is brilliant. There was a crane slightly obfuscating the view of the Matterhorn from the jacuzzi. Not the fault of the hotel, but it is the only thing I could think of. We liked everything about this hotel !. Did not find anything although a Nespresso machine would be a great addition to the room. The room was nice but quite small (the measures however were correctly reported at reservation). The architecture of the building is very nice and innovative, the atmosphere however is a little cold and impersonal, something is missing!. Pricey. Rooms may have been a bit larger, but it is not that big an issue.
