Clean, neat, cute, modern, right in the middle of everything, close to train station, balcony with a view of the Matterhorn,elevator, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and bedding, this was the perfect little hotel!. Received an upgrade to a room with a view of the Matterhorn. Staff was very friendly. Bar in the lobby was cozy and perfect for a snowy day in Zermatt.
