Hotel Aristella was definitely more than what we expected!I called the Hotel from Train Station and the shuttle was there within no time.Location is central yet at a quiet and peaceful place.Its a family run hotel and the owner Mr.Bernard and Mrs.Katja Bernard were very friendly,accomodative and helpful.Their guidance about how to buy chocolates was very useful for us.Room was neat & clean with all the necessary amenities.Breakfast was delicious having wide variety of choices.We`ll definat.

Peter met us at the station, and we felt we were taken "home". The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was again welcoming. Can't speak too highly of this beautiful hotel. Everything Was SUPER , KAZ,,. -Staff are very rude ( professional superficially not very whole-hearted) when my wife and I having honeymoon arrived late and requested a take-away meal from restaurant as we were watching the darts competition. I was very tired and hungry. Having waited for 10 mins, i said directly i wanted only take-away food if they have no manpower for room-service. Their faces were not very pleasant and a bit of discriminating. - 1/f even though i requested higher floor. Town very expensive. Everything closes on Sunday, beware! Plan a hike that day instead. The room is relatively small for us, couple with a child. The spa was well maintained however equipment and facilities could be enriched for a better experience. Rather simple breakfast however should be good for a morning. My room wasn't facing the view that I expected. I was offered a room in the second floor and facing the other hotel's room. haven't found. Nothing to not like!!. Everything was so good. There is nothing we didn't like!!. nothing to note. Nothing. Nothing. Rather stark decor. many hotels in the city had nice large outdoor spaces and this one has only a small space. Not much! I could say it was pricey,but its zermatt!.
