The staff is very friendly and made his best to satisfy all our needs. There is a free shuttle to train station. The hotel is on quiet street 5 mins from central area.

The hotel staff were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast selection was excellent and the bread on offer was the best we've ever tasted. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a day's skiing - tranquil and beautifully clean. All in all, our stay in Zermatt was perfect.

Great view of Matterhorn, excellent staff? & location! Bed was very comfortable.

Little pricey but it was during their peak season for skiing.

My stay at the Albatros Hotel was an absolute delight. From the kindness of the staff at reception to the upgrade from a single room to a beautiful suite with jacuzzi. Location was great as was breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel. I'm a very fussy customer as I travel around the world on a regular basis. This hotel was amazing value for money.
