  The hotel is located on the main street of Wengen which is like the Hobbit Shire, but for humans. Oliver the manager and Bridgette the front end staff were so helpful. The hotel is very comfortable with a beautiful pool, great breakfast buffet and overall charm. The tour group ate all the food in the buffet within 15 minutes on - The staff was really nice! They allow pets there and we brought our dog with us. When we checked into the room, we saw they had put out a water bowl for the dog which I thought was really nice. Breakfast was good, typical Swiss breakfast, and a couple of hot options. Location in the heart of Wengen was great.

  I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel situated in the alpine village of Wengen. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and really made our stay even better. I like the fact that Hotel Caprice is not a large hotel because the service feels much more personal. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings - The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

  Staff was very helpful; meals were wonderful. Room was comfortable, if small (north facing rooms). Beautiful setting. Excellent hospitality. Old world decor adds to the charm. - Fantastic service, clean rooms, and a very quaint and homily place. Hotel staff knew who I was, and I was only there one evening.

  I have just come back from a 4 night stay at Beausite Park and can thoroughly recommend it. It was a relatively last minute decision to go skiing (booked through letsbookhotel.com) and I ended up going on my own. I was made to feel very welcome throughout - staff were friendly, helpful but not overly attentive.   The beautifully kept private garden with breathtaking views and the sun from 11am until 7pm. Also the kitchen was very well equipped which made cooking easy if you wanted to. - Wonderful views and close to shops and station.
