  Great welcome and very friendly owner. Beautiful house with big sunny garden to eat breakfast. Perfect location for climbing and biking in Val Colla and surroundings. Great room with sunset light on the balcony. Comfortable bed. Excellent tips for local food and wines. Will certainly return there if passing thourgh Tesserette. 25 min with the Bike... what people say » from Lugano train station. Bike garage, pump, hose and basic tools available. - The customers services first of all. The two brothers who run this place were very friendly, funny and professional. I am use to stay in different hotels around Europe and I have to say that the staff were really good. I would definitely stay there again.

  Mostly things and services were excellent and to the level of our expectation. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, speaking all possible languages, when needed... Making small favors for us when asked (well 4 star hotel and price probably included that :-) )
